Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 0 to 3 business days after the order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods, promotions, holidays, or unexpected operational delays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Within the United States
We offer shipping within the United States.
Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is typically 5 to 10 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside the United States, estimated delivery time is typically 15 to 25 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local courier services, and other factors outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country.
Prose is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local authorities, or international courier networks.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages

We will review each case, but Prose is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
